Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
